Nestled in the woods near crystal clear Newfound Lake, we offer you the opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet of NH camping, or if you choose, participating in all the activities this region has to offer. There is so much to do, from swimming or boating on Newfound Lake, to exploring waterfalls (or wineries and breweries), to hiking in the mountains, or roaring down to Laconia for Bike Week. We are also in a prime location for day outings. In just a 30-40 minute drive from the campground, you can enjoy a variety of beaches, restaurants, shopping, museums and various attractions for adults and kids alike. In addition, the area has a huge selection of lakes, mountains and rivers for sightseeing, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, hiking, canoeing, and kayaking. Motorcyclists will enjoy the miles of great scenic touring routes in the region.We look forward to seeing you in 2024!
All our sites are full hookup with free wifi and cable TV. All our sites also are long and spacious and have picnic tables and fire rings for that perfect camping experience. We can also accommodate group camping outings as well. We offer traditional campsite also.
In our spacious Lodge you will find Golden Tee as well as a pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables. There are also plenty of tables and chairs for bingo, group meetings and events. Or just come in and sit on the giant cozy couch and watch a game on the 65" TV!
We have a large playground with swings, a slide, sandbox, volleyball and badminton. We also have a newly renovated dog park for Fido, or if you choose, you can walk your pet down our long nature trail and dog walk.
Our outdoor recreation area, with community fire pit, lots of seating, corn hole boards, assorted outdoor games and a complete stage for entertainers, karaoke, or events is open to all! Have friends visiting, just bring firewood and entertain in this spacious community area.
Consistently rated as one of the top ten cleanest lakes in the entire country, Newfound Lake is spring fed by eight freshwater springs that keep the water crystal clear. With 22 miles of shoreline there is a lot to explore!
Located a short twenty minute drive away is the bustling college town of Plymouth. With a quaint main street filled with everything from coffee shops and book stores to a live music venue, it's a fun town to explore.
Unlimited possibilities exist for hiking in the surrounding areas. From short scenic hikes around the lake to longer full day hikes in the White Mountains and the Appalachian Trail, the possibilities are truly limitless.
A modern marvel when completed in 1869, the Cog railway has taken over five million people to the summit of Mount Washington over the last century and a half!
Hop aboard the Cannon Aerial Tram for one of the most spectacular views of Franconia Notch and the westerly presidential range. A must do in the fall as the leaves change! This popular cable car carries riders to the 4,080-ft. Cannon Mountain summit in under ten minutes.
New Hampshire boasts over 93 state parks throughout the state and 5 of the top 10 are located within a short drive of our park. Whether it's enjoying Wellington State Park's lake life or the Flume in Franconia Notch there is something for everyone!
